-
I am a Malaysian bearing a Malaysian passport. I am currently living and working in Japan. I have a business trip on 5th of July to Cardiff,Wales via Paris. Here I would like to ask if it is possible for me to enter Paris because on my flight back to Japan I have 8 hours of transit time. Do I need a transit visa to get out of the airport or are there any special requirements needed for me to enter Paris?

Answer:
Malaysians automatically qualify for the Schengen visa, which is a 3 months social visit pass within certain countries in the EU, France being one of them. So you dont need a special pass.
