How to book tatkal tickets online?

Its Pretty Simple... There are 2 ways, either book online or go the railway reservation counter 1 day prior. 1. Book online : You can book tickets online at irctc.co.in, here you will have to create a login ID and password after that you can book tickets anytime, so to book tatkal tickets you will have to login at 8.00am Sharp and then try you luck, 90% chances you will not get if you are trying to book on a friday/Sat/Sun. You can also try in other travel sites likes cleartrip/Make my trip etc but allowed only after 9.00am. 2.Go to a counter: Make sure you go a counter pretty early to stand in a line, the counter opens at sharp 8.00am so be prepared and try you luck.
