What to bring on a week vacation to the beach?

Im going away on a beach vacation for a week... what should i bring?

    Take sunscreen. If I could offer you only one tip for going to the beach, sunscreen would be it. The long-term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists, whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience. I will dispense this advice now: Take shades. They allow you to enjoy the power and beauty of the beach without excessive wear on the eyes. Wear what you like, and don't worry about what people think about it; or worry, but know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum. Underwater. Try an East Coast beach once, but leave before it makes you hard; try a West Coast beach once, but leave before it makes you soft. And don't forget goggles, flip-flops, a beach blanket, towel and umbrella. And a little whisk broom is good for sweeping off sand that you might track into your home or car.

bathing suit, camera, perscriptions, and makeup are all things that you must bring...anything else you forget, you can buy there. I always forget a beach towel (the hotel ones suck), dress clothes and shoes to go out, aloe, hairtyes, and a small cooler. Oh yeah, dont forget a beach bag to carry onto the beach and coozies! Have fun! WIsh I were going!
