I'm going to Italy, what should I bring?

Im going to washington d.c. 2maro...what should i bring(things like...)?

• i live near pittsburgh pennsylvania and 2maro im going to washington d.c. for a feild trip...we will be on one of those fancy busses 5 1/2 hours to there and 5 1/2 hours back...idk what i should wearwe do have a certain shirt we have to wear but i mean should i wear pants or shorts? and we are allowed to brings bags and ipods and phones and crap like that too...even a pillow cuz we are leaving at 5:45 am and we will b awake around 4am...but idk what stuff to bring! we are also eating there and at mcdonalds...i wanna be healthy...i know for a fact i have to have pizza so i wanna atleast pack some healthy/low calorie foods and im eating the fruit and yogurt parfait at mcdonalds...even at like 10 at night...(i hate eating at night!!) i wasnt in school today soo i missed everything and idk what other people are bringing...and what to bring it in...a large purse or a bookbag...i just need some help and suggestions!

  okay, well i would say to bring a backpack. Put your ipod, and or cellphon in it. Make sure you bring a blanket because those busses are usually freezing. You should probably wear capris or longer shorts because pants will get to hot, and the shorts might be too short. You should also bring a camera to take a lot of pictures. If you eat at mcdonalds, you can get a salad but check the dressing, their dresssings are really fatty. You should probably bring nuts, which will give you energy and they are full of protein, and they fill you up. Bring a lot of water, and drink it whenever you get hungry because most of the time when you think your hungry, you are really just thirsty. Bring pretzles, maybe granola bars, and a sandwhich or something. You dont have to eat at mcdonalds, and you dont have to bring pizza. Just bring food that can be room temperature. You can even bring cereal in a container and get a little milk at mcdonalds and have that, since you will be eating there late at night.
