What should I Bring to wear in Europe in Mid January?

  • I will be travelling in Europe (Netherlands, France)for 10 days in mid January next year. What should I bring to wear?

    Just like everyone said... warm clothes. But still try to pack as light as you can.. take everything to layer and mix and match. Wear a nice warm coat on the plane. A raincoat and an umbrella. Germany use to be much colder than the cost line in Europe. This year seems to be much warmer that ever before, but who knows what will be. January and February including Mars was pretty cold last year.

Definitely bring warm winter clothes. The chances are that there will be snow at that time of year. If its warm enough it can rain alot too....

You haven't said where you're coming from, so we don't know what you're used to. You can expect cold and rain and possibly snow. So bring clothes that you can wear in layers and that will keep you dry. Make certain you have something to keep your head dry and that you have shoes which will keep your feet dry.

warm clothes, I was stationed in Germany for 4 years and it will be cold until about may and it will be a little warmer but still cold, and you might even see some snow when you go
