How Do I Return A Package Back To Europe?

• A few weeks ago I had ordered a used video game on Amazon thru a seller that claimed to be from New Jersey. It turned out that the seller wasn't from New Jersey at all. The seller happened to be from Germany. (I had already ordered the game so I found that out afterwards because the seller sent me an email giving me information that the game had shipped and it was all in German. Then I took a closer look at the cover of the game and it had the European PAL symbol in the corner so it wouldn't work on my system.) So I sent the seller a message saying I wanted to cancel immediately. They said no problem, and they gave me instructions how to do it, but again, everything was in German.The only thing that was in English was telling me 'write return to sender on the label so the shipping is free. If that doesn't work please deny any receipt and let go order back to us. If this is not possible please frank it. (I don't know anything about German currency I just know it's called a frank.) So I went to the post office about an hour ago with the package in hand, and told the lady I needed help returning the game back to Germany. She gave me this slip and I had to write the address of the seller's name and everything on there and my name on there (I know that much.) But then she told me stuff about customs (I have no idea what that is). I am so confused as I have never mailed anything out of the country before. Any advice? I have until March 10 to return this game. Thanks.

  I am actually from germany and send stuff there all of the time. Ok if you want I can translate that slip for you. Anyways customs is the form that declares whats in the package. Just write on it whats in the package so video game and its value so say you are paying 20 dollars just write that down.
