Where to get waterproof pop up tents?

What article of clothing should I bring?

• Hey, I'm going away to circus camp (yes circus camp) for the last two weeks of july. The camp is in Vermont, and I went last year. I now know it can get very rainy up there. I'm not sure what kind of clothes I should bring. I am obviously bringing rain boots, and leggings and tank tops and shorts because I have to be practicing trapeze and stuff daily. But, I want to get some sort of waterproof lined jacket with a hood that I can wear over my clothes when we have to go up to the circus tents. And, maybe some sort of long sleeved fitted pullover to wear (not waterproof) inside the tents if it gets chilly. What should I get and where can I buy it?
