How to apply for Indian Passport?

• I need passport in urgency. I have all required documents like electricity bill,telephone bill,ration card,birth certificate,board exam admit card,bank account,caste certificate attested etc. I am 17 years old, do i come under minor or adult. if minor then what extra documents are required. can i get 60 page passport without any hassle. and for getting passport under tatkal scheme what document are required. after doing online registration can i submit my form to speed post centre. and after completing manual paper form and submitted to speed post centre then what should i do next now. Remember my age is just 17 yrs tell me how to get a passport in general,tatkal and 32 or 60 page passport. Thanks

  If you need it in *urgency*, be sure to tell them, and ask them for the _fees required_ to have a passport processed more quickly. Money talks. And yes, the 60 page passport costs a little more... but where the hell are you going at age 17? With the European Union, nobody needs these 60-page passports anymore unless you are a businessman or a diplomat.
