  depends on where you are going and what you are gonna do.London is more expensive than most cities and the south in general is way more expensive than the north.If you are gonna stay in London,then you should take about 400 £ with you if you are planning to eat out,go to clubs,pubs and visit most places.400£ is quite a lot and you would be okay with that money.For you to have an idea,a regual meal costs about 15£,a club entry fee is about 20£ and a pint of beer costs about 5 £.. With 70 - 75£ you should be able to visit the wax museum,ride the London eye and ride a city sight seeing bus,most museums and art galeries are free.Public transport will cost you other 30£ and taxis are quite expensive,avoid them.If you are gonna stay outside London,with about 200£ you would be fine.
