Things to bring camping?

Camping for 5 days.what things to bring.....?

  • I am going camping for 5 days. I am supossed to bring my own lights, bug spray, etc. What stuff do i need to bring? I have to keep it down and not bring tons of stuff.There is limited room in the car i am taking.

    SunScreen for face body and lips (carmex is great) Chair to relax in Tent / sleeping bag / pillow Bug spray for sure will need lotion with aloe in it for incase you do burn Babywipes are the bomb for camping wash cloth / towels quarters for the showers - if they have them (most places do) bring a nice throw blanket for the by the fire :) gloves / scarf for those chilly nights and mornings comfy shoes hat or visor or bandana to keep your hair away from face plenty of water activities to do while hanging out at camp ( book pin paper magazine ) Flash light (with batteries to last) lantern If you are going to eat out there and dont have a stove and stuff the store has other stuff you can use to cook over fire... stick to sandwiches and easy prepare foods Have fun!

Toilet paper Water purification tablets Bug spray or repellant A flashlight and a sharp hunting knife (or a hand ax) A poncho or waterproof canvas - goes on top of you or in a tent, underneath you. If it gets cold at night, a jacket or sweater, but a waterproof jacket is better Extra socks - nothing is worse than wet feet A hat with a brim to protect you from sun and rain Everything else is optional - are you supposed to carry your own food and tent? A change of clothes is nice but not crucial. Stick some energy bars in side pockets - jello mixed with water is a high energy drink. And a call phone to call for help

Hey! I used to go camping all of the time! Here are some ideas: -Flash lights (extra batteries) -Bug spray -Sun tan lotion -Extra blankets -Pillows -Jackets/sweatshirts/sweaters -Camera? -Cell phone -Toiletries -Clothes -Extra undies -Extra socks -Extra shoes (Flip flops, tennis shoes. slip ons) but dont bring too many, but some may get wet because of the rain. -Hat? -iPod if your bored -Cards/board games if you get bored -Gloves (it may get cold at night) -Money (duh!) -Non parishable snacks -Letters/envelopes/stamps, if you want to send a letter home if your going far away. -COMMEN SENSE!!! ~Hope this helps! :) Bri
