Is it okay to bring an dead alligator head on my luggage to the Philippines? its not an endangered species...?

You need to contact Philippines Customs for details on the alligator head. As for the apples, if they are for your personal consumption on the flight, yes, if you intend to take them into the R.P., possibly not. Again, check with Customs and Immigration.
