Do I need a airport transit visa for Paris?

Do i need a airport transit visa for Paris going to Liberia from Hong Kong?

  • I am holding an Indian Passport and book my flight from Hong Kong to Liberia Via Paris, my air line is France Air Line and will stay in Paris airport for 6-7hr. So do i need Transit visa for Paris??

  • Answer:

Yes, you will need to apply for an Airport Transit Visa (ATV) for France even if you stay in the international transit zone of Charles de Gaulle airport. No airline will let you board wIthout the French ATV. http://ambafrance-in.org/spip.php?article4507 .. You can only apply for the visa from Hong Kong if you reside in either Hong Kong or Macau. http://www.consulfrance-hongkong.org/Visa-Application ..
