Going to Florida for two weeks. What should I pack?

I am going on a trip for two weeks! I need to know how to pack!?

  • I am going on a two week trip to AL from MO. I think the weather is going to be in the 70's or higher. We have access to a washer and dryer, but what should I pack and how much???? And also I know what I am bringing for part of my carry on and I would like to know what else I need to bring. I am bringing a laptop for the plane. Anything else? If you want additional details, they will come if you ask.

If you have access to a washer and dryer, pack light. Assuming you're going on a casual trip - bring a week's worth of underthings and socks, a week's worth of t-shirts, a few bottoms - maybe jeans and shorts and a pair of capris or something like that, a nice outfit or two if you think you need it, swimwear if you'll be swimming at all, and try to bring things that you can mix and match so if you have to wear them more than once you can. Then do laundry half way through. And don't overload on shoes - I always try to bring 3 or fewer pairs, including the ones I'm wearing, whenever we go somewhere. Good luck!
