  In my opinion you have to check three points: 1.) Depending on your education and at which job you want to work. In the different countries different workers are needed. For example if you want to work as an mountain guide there should be mountains in the country... 2.) Depending if you are able to speak the language of the country. At the most jobs you have to speak the national language. 3.) The visa restrictions of the country you will work. If you want to work in another country often you will need an working visa. Mostly the working visas have severe restrictions as against a tourist visa.
