Can a Spanish speaker please help me with the name or even lyrics of this song?

There are lyrics towards the middle of the video but I can't understand them so I am assuming they might be in spanish. If someone can make out the lyrics, it might help me find the name/artist of the song because I can google the lyrics. I really would love this song for my wedding video.
