In Canada or Mexico can u pay a pharmacists for adderall without a prescription?

I know Canada has free healthcare, but, I am American and have never visited Canada. I was wondering if i could go there ( or to Mexico) and pay in cash for my desired amount of adderall or ritalin at a pharmacy?

Adderall and Ritalin require a prescription in Canada and Mexico just like in the U.S. No licensed pharmacist is going to sell them to you without a prescription and take a chance on losing their license If anyone says they will sell them to you without a prescription, you will have no idea what you are really getting, but certainly not what you asked for.
