We went to Cancun for our honeymoon 5 yrs ago and are returning May 19th. We are still going. There are cases in the US and Mexico. You may as well enjoy your honeymoon.

Well there is a lot of diseases in Mexico that people who go over there then come back here are bringing there diseases over here that can kill. There are many other places to honeymoon your best choice is to pick another spot where you know you will be safe.
