What's the cheapest way to buy a good webcam and have it shipped to Mexico?

I'm in the Southern California area, and I met a friend through a friend, which lives in Guadalajara, Mexico. She does not have a webcam and I want to buy one for her and have it shipped to her. What is the best and cheapest way to have this shipped to her? I'm thinking of a Logitech webcam, not sure which model yet.

I bought one in Office Depot in Acapulco. I am sure there is one in Guadalajara. Just send the money. It is a lot cheaper than sending a package. You can also set up an account with mercadolibre.com.mx It is like e-bay, and see if you can order and have it delivered to her address. They accept American Express and Visa among others.

Why not transfer the money to her and let her go to the store and buy it herself? It would be cheaper. Besides shipping costs someone is going to have to pay importation duty on a shipped webcam and it's going to end up costing twice what it originally cost you.
