Best hotel fitness centers in Cancun or Playa Del Carmen?

  • Anyone know which hotel has the BEST fitness center in Cancun or Playa Del Carmen? Or which hotels have bad or skimpy gyms and should be avoided at all costs since we only looking to stay at a place with a good fitness facility? We are looking to turn our 8 day stay into a fitness/wellness vacation and looking for a hotel with a great gym, sauna, and/or steam room. Also a place with regular workout classes would be great. Any ideas on how to create a fitness vacation in Cancun or Playa?

  • Answer:

    The Royal Playa del Carmen-All Inclusive has a nice fitness center, but staying there isn't cheap. I'm not sure if there are fitness centers throughout Playa del Carmen so if you really want a decent exercise place, this would be it.
