    Here is what I think everybody coming to Mexico wants to know. Is it safe? It will depend on what city you are planning to visit. If you are going to big cities in MX it would be like going to LA or NYC.Same dangers, same risks. I do not recommend border cities as Tijuana or Laredo, there is nothing to see there, and kind of dangerous.

Depends where you're coming from. If you're near the border, you can take a bus. Otherwise, most people travel to Mexico from intl destinations via plane. There are direct flights on all the major carriers (American, United, Continental, US Airways, Alaska), and in Mexico, Mexicana, Aeromexico, and Volaris offer flights between the US and Mexico.
