  • Answer:

Here another site that has the distance and time at 1583.7 mi, 28 hr 57 min. http://www.bing.com/maps/#JnJ0cD1wb3MucHA3enQ0NTRjbXF3X0xvcytBbmdlbGVzJTJjK0NBX19fZV8lN2Vwb3MubWZmNDRtNmNtcDI0X0d1YWRhbGFqYXJhJTJjK01leGljb19fX2VfJnJ0b3A9MCU3ZTA= Mexico highway tolls would be 1305 pesos. Other reasons for not driving at night are: you might hit a horse or burro at high speed; you might hit a truck with no lights on; part of the road may be washed out and you'd never see it in the dark.

<< i dont want to stop and sleep or eat>> Not a good idea. It will take about 28 hours and be around 1600 miles. The obvious route is along Hwy 15, any other route will take much longer. One rule about Mexico that is repeated many times in guide books: Never drive at night. There are a number of reasons. If you are very familiar with a road or if it is a well lighted toll road, it is less dangerous. The reasons for not driving at night are not usually because dangerous being stopped by bandits, BUT because of the northern part of Hwy 15 travel through a mostly desolate area, it has been a favorite location for bandits and driving through at night would be a very bad idea. If you insist and driving without a sleep break, then time your departure to end up in Nogales just after dawn. That will insure that you'll have sunlight for the northern section of Hwy 15. The total of the tolls will be $1,305. Don't panic, that's in pesos. So around $100 US.
