Any spring break places within 3 hours from Philly?

WHERE ARE SOME GOOD PLACES TO STAY IN CANCUN FOR SPRING BREAK?

  • Me and my friends are planning a trip to Cancun for college spring break. This is our first time going and we're not sure what hotels are good. We want to stay somewhere close to all the spring break action. If anyone has been to Cancun for spring break and could give some suggestions of some hotels with good rates, close to all the action, we would really appreciate it.

    Cancun as you refer is really the Isla de Cancun or the "Hotel Zone" Which is divided into kilometers from the north running south to other end of the island. The main action is at the kilometer marker 9. Here you will find the hot spots for party action. Forum by the Sea which has Hard Rock, Coco Bongo, Johny Rockets and more. So you want to find a hotel from kilometer 7 to 11 for a short walking distance to these clubs. The Westin. One of the best hotels there in my opinion. I've stayed there, it's pretty cool. It's got like 7 or 8 pools, built in resturaunt, and it's on the beach, I loved it.

Cancun and Mexico has had a lot of violence lately. I would consider Cuba or the Caribbean. Forget about Dominican Republic because of cholera. There may be deals on Caribbean cruises. Do your homework wherever you travel. Happy Holidays!!

Oasis hotel... well, I don't know but I saw it on The Real Life Cancun and they were at spring break & having contests and everything there so seems like a fun one.
