Has anyone else experienced an issue with Cancun Luxury Travel? !!!!! PLEASE HELP !!!!!!?

A few months ago, I received a fax at my job with a promotional offer for a 5 night 6 day stay at an all inclusive resort in either Dominican Republic, Hawaii, or Jamaica. The offer was for $199 per person and it looked legit because it had the Delta Logo on the top. When I initially called, there was no question in my mind they were professional. I gave them my credit card information and they asked me to go online to sign the document electronically and then I could call back and reserve my vacation with them. I did not sign any of the agreements and when I went to call them back because I had a question they would verbally abuse me, going so far as to say "You drive a Honda"???? Whatever that means. Basically, I've been fighting with Citibank for months now disputing these charges. They forged my signature and continued to act extremely childish whenever I could call and try and receive the services I was rendered. Oddly enough, I still wanted the vacation! I would rather they take my money and I actually get what I paid for then Citibank returning the money. Either way though, it is quite obvious this is a fraudulent company and they may not even actually exist. Regardless, Citibank has continued to debit my account, even going to the lengths of taking it out of my savings when I made the funds unavailable in checking. Anyone out there deal with these scumbags and have ANY advice as to how I can get my money back or receive the services rendered? I have already tried several times unsuccessfully to dispute the charges with Citibank, but they say the company is legit and they will give me my vacation I paid for. After that was useless, I sent all the information to the Attorney General, visited the office in Manhattan, and spoke with my lawyer. I NEED ADVICE FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN IN MY SHOES ! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME WITH ANY TYPE OF ADVICE OR GUIDANCE YOU CAN PROVIDE (whether you've been in this situation with Cancun Luxury Travel, another company, had issues with Citibank about fraudulent charges, etc.) Any help would be very very much appreciated, thank you !

Answer:
You are Not going to appreciate this but You made a commitment that is binding. They are not in the business of having people changing their minds and that is costly to them. They offer a price and it is a no frills price. You must have successfully reserved a trip and reneged. If you were given a Trip, what happened? I won`t waste a lot of your time so you can`t change your mind and that is what their statement of defence will state. Your bank says the trip is available! You backed out of the agreement for whatever reason and you seem angry that you can`t. You are engaging in an exercise of futility. This answer is probably the worst you have heard but it is a fact. Regarding your Lawyer.........I get a bill for $199. if I talk to his secretary and he is out shooting a game of pool. Nobody likes to take a hit and the frustration can be unreal. Put it behind you and move on and consider it a lesson. You lost me between I gave them my CC information and your bank says they are legit. They owe you a Vacation! Take it! An all inclusive for $199 is a losing proposition even down the street from where you live. There is always fine print that these scam artists use , like this price is based on a Family of 8 for example. Some , you need a Magnifying glass to see the conditions. They operate on the premise you may not see all the conditions and by the time you do They have what they need and wanted. You are an honest person and are prey to these scumbags that know you don`t think like they do and are vulnerable. Go on Vacation and don`t worry , be happy Your personal information was Sold or Shared by these Vermin and my guess is it was passed on to them that a person the drives a Rolls or some kind of thing. When you give someone your CC # and the 3 digit code , that is tantamount to signing and is a legitimate and you are required to hold up your end of the deal.

You need to press Citibank not Lux travel. Your lawyer should be able to handle it especially if you did no stay there yet. We had problems with a rent-a-car, tried to charge us for a crooked steering wheel when I marked it on the pick-up inspection sheet that I had a copy of. But then again I don`t deal with Citibank or Bank Of America. The two worse.
Growth vs Oil
Sounds like a time share. :(
