Which resort is better Secrets Maroma or Secrets Silversands?

What resort is the best pick for a honeymoon ...i can't decide..SecretsRivera Cancun or Secrets silversands?

  I have only stayed at the Excellence Riviera and El Dorado Royale. Both of these resorts are beautiful , and fit into the Mayan theme of the area. I did see Silversands when on a bus tour and wasn't impressed with the buildings. They seemed kind of modern and not fitting in to the area. At the Excellence, if you let them know ahead of time that you are on a honeymoon, they provide some nice extras in your room, especially if you stay in the Club section which I strongly recommend. At the El Dorado Royal, they do the same, and I recommend the Casita swim up section. Both of these resorts have several a-la-cart restaurants which are top of the line. No reservations, and the resorts are adult only. What ever you decide, I'm sure you will have a honeymoon you will remember for a long time. The Mayan Riviera is a beautiful place with beautiful people.
