• We are going to Acapulco, Ixtapa and Manzanillo. What tour companies would you recommend for Snorkeling, Horse Back Riding. We are also wondering where is a good place to go to a local market and good beaches, and restaurants

  You do not need a tour company to go snorkeling or horseback riding a regular cab can take you to the Malecon or Playa Caleta where you can arrange a water taxi to Roquetta Island where you can arrange to go snorkeling. The water taxi is generally a glass bottom boat that ferries passengers across for about 5 USD. The horseback riding is not all that good in ACA but you can arrange for this by cabbing to the Fairmont Princess hotel and right on Playa Revolcadero are a number of horses that you can negotiate a fee to ride them. The good beaches are all around Playa Condesa is very lively and Bocana beach opposite papygayo park is a very nice area to enjoy some beach time and it is a very inexpensive place as well. Pie de la cuesta about 40 minutes outside of the city has some very nice and more secluded areas if you like that. If you are only in town on a cruise stop you may wish to get with a local guide if that is the case let me know as I can refer a few... There are too many good restaurants to list but if you can post in another thread what type of place your looking for Hi end, inexpensive I can come up with some suggestions.
