How to send a letter to Buenos Aires Argentina?

• Hello, I am going to send a letter to someone in Argentina but I don't really know how to write the mailing address to Argentina The info is: Name of recipient Street Name, then there is a number 4453 then Buenos Aires Capital Federal then the postal code is 1431 Argentina I don't know how to write the address, would it be the same as an American form? any help?   Usually in Latin America you should write Name of person Name of street (Avenida Independencia), number of the house or building (4453), # of apartment (if there is one) in some countres you should add the symbol e/ and the name of the two streets that cross the street by the corners (e/ Calle Evita y Calle General Peron then the city (for Buenos Aires, if written Capital Federal is enough), the province, the zip code (if any) then the country. it's opposite than in America that we write the house number first. In Costa Rica and Nicaragua, more than a formal address, what you write are directions from known landmarks to the house.Ex, from the Copmmerce Building south three blocks, then a right two blocks, house with columns in white and red.... something like that
