Which is the best country in Latin America for a single young man to travel to and have a good time...?

    Well it all depends on your meaning of a good time. If you like boys then Brazil will do, but be careful as they have a big AIDS problem. If you like girls but don't like to pay, again Brazil is a good choice, but again AIDS. Be careful. Argentina is a good choice, but you better know the language, and "gringos" are not that welcome. Colombia isn't bad, but stick to Bogota and Cartagena as they are safer cities than the others mentioned. Another place you could look into is Venezuela, but better take a guide. Last but not least...Peru, but only rich chicks!

COLOMBIA, u can start in the capital Bogota, then u can go to Cartagena a great city with awesome beaches, a modern skyline, and an amazing old colonial down Town. Then u can go to the guajira, an incredible stunning desert with indigneous comunities. U can also go to the Amazonas, an unbelievable jungle, but safe and with confortable places to stay in. And also San Agustin, is kind of like the colombian Machu Pichu lol Is rly safe on those places, cheap and comfortable.
