Anybody know city of Rosario, Argentina?

For homework, we are suppose to pretend we are in a Latin American city for ten days. I choose Rosario,Argentina. But I can't change this now. So I just need a little help knowing this city. Some of the things I search up aren't giving me enough information. Anybody knows or can help me on some travel guide here?
