Cheapest time to fly to Uruguay?

Which is the better time to visit Uruguay?

• I am traveling Argentina and Uruguay at the moment. I don't know which would be better, going to Uruguay sooner and then going to Mendoza area later(like next month) or vise versa. Does anyone have suggestions. Oh, and I am bicycle touring.

  Hi I would recomend you to go to Uruguay first and then go to Mendoza The best time to go to Uruguay is right now especialy january and february when the temperatures are high and you can enjoy the nice beaches there. In Mendoza right now will be too hot and dry and it is not a good idea because they don't have proximity to the sea and it's just unbearable to be in the hot weather there. If you go there later it will be just right. My wife is in Uruguay right now and she was invited to Mendoza and she is doing that in march or april when they have the vinyard's celebration which is the greatest time to go to Mendoza When you go to Uruguay make sure that you tour the "rambla" if you are in Montevideo. and if you go eastbound there is a lot of nice beaches.all the way from Montevideo to Brazil I will recomend Atlantida just an hour away from Montevideo, Punta del Este if you are looking for trendy cities or Cabo Polonio if you want unspoiled nature, but you have lots of them in between that are as great as these ones.
