You are very lucky! XD El Salvador is a beautiful tropical country! You can so many, go to the beach(which is accommodated with nearby water parks and little lakes to swim in). If you're in the city, say San Salvador(capital), transportation's are 10 times exciting than here. XD The markets are colorful and busy. The country side is relaxing, for example San Miguel. Many farm animals and workers, your typical country area. Very beautiful too. Especially in the north, the mountain are exquisit. You will get mosquito bites so I recommend sleeping in a net where mosquito's don't come in if your staying with someone native. If it's a hotel then don't worry. It is hot, so lot's of sunscreen. =D There are many festivals, especially since we're approaching Easter and some more in the summer. San Salvador has museums and zoos and other places like squares to walk around. Have a great time!

I just came back form there last week. It is a beautiful country but it is very hot. So make sure you bring cool clothes, and have a hotel with A/C. Or a fan if you plan to stay with family.
