What hotel is best to stay in at costa rica?

    It's a big country, what area are you interested in? For the nicest beaches, the Guanacaste area in the Northern Pacific is the best.

I found this site the other day and thought it looked great: www.costaricahotelsearch.com Look for Liberia in the search form and it will provide you with a list of hotels in the area. You can then arrange the results by price, rating or filter them by price range. I'm sure you could find some all inclusive hotels there. The cool thing is that you can check reviews by Tripadvisor for each hotel. My friend made reservations through their site the other day and told me he found good prices. Good Luck!
