What is the ocean water temperature in Manuel ANtonio, Central Pacific Coast in late December/early January?

Biezans beach is our favorite in the area and because it has limited development and less visitors has relatively good water quality. The beaches inside the park were closed last year around this time because of poor water quality but the sanitation facilities have been improved since. The most dangerous wildlife in the area are the capuchin (white faced) monkeys who've become very accustomed to people and approach closely to try to steal snacks and shiny objects from packs and bags.
