How does one get a job in accounting?

How to get an Accountant job in Iquique, Chile?

• I'm an American CPA and desire to be a multi-lingual accountant. Being able to speak the Spanish language is something that interests me a lot. I took the first two "beginning" level Spanish language classes at a community college, and I earned two A's. Is there a Spanish language test that I can take to prove my competence? I know that I'm not ready to take, but I'd like to keep it in mind, if there is one. I know that Japanese has one, called the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT), and passing the JLPT works as a credential for foreigners when applying to universities and employers. Anyways, what's the best way to get an accounting job in Iquique, Chile? Or is Santiago, Chile the better destination, over Iquique? Are there jobs teaching English in Chile? If so, should I work as a English teacher at first, say for about a year, then make the transition?

  You can find plenty of job offers in Santiago. Iquique is a small city, so the job market is much smaller. It's summer now, so most schools are in summer vacation now.
