Do H1-B VISA holders need visa to go to Chile?

I am an Indian citizen having a valid H1B VISA till Sep 2012. I am thinking of travelling to Chile for a week. Do I need a VISA to do this? I read somewhere that H1-B VISA holders do not need a VISA. And we need to pay a fee for VISA on arrival. Is that true?

I don't think so. The H1-B Visa only applies in the U.S. You need a tourist visa. Contact your nearest Chilean consulate in: - Chicago - Houston - Los Angeles - Miami - New York - San Francisco - Washington
