Are there any Native American restaurants?

Are there "American restaurants" in europe and other countries?

  • like you know how we have chinese and Italian restaurants(and others), well do have have american restaurants in europe or china or other places around the world? and also is there mexican restaurants in europe(particularly france) and if there is are they like the mexican ones here? i mean the good ones with actual Mexicans making the food? because i doubt there is as many mexicans in europe as there are here lol please answer! lol thank you SO much! you are one of the most amazingest people in the world if you answer!!! :D

    There are some, but not many, American Restaurants here in Italy other than the McDonalds and Burger King which are in a lot of places. There is a Hard Rock Cafe just off Piazza San Marco in Venice and there is or used to be a place in florence that catered to American students studying there. I never tried it. In rome, I've seen a couple of American and a couple of Mexican style places. In the city where I live, there are no Mexican or American restaurants. We do have 1 Chinese place that's pretty good. The closest Mexican restaurant is about 20 minutes away - it does have a Mexican family running it, but the food has been adjusted to Italian tastes. It's not as spicy as what I was used to.

Well, there's some steak-houses and, of course, we got McDonalds and Burger King in Norway. But afaik, there's no "American Food" restaurants as your food isn't really "American", it's just food :P America doesn't really have any special food going like other countries. Except, as I said, the steak-houses with heeeuge tasty steaks and burgers. But the steak-houses aren't even called "American" here, it's just called Steak-house :P

In Hungary we have of couse, Pizza Hut, McDonalds,Burger King , KFC and TGIF Fridays. There used to be Wendy's but they are gone(yes!!) There are some sort of Don Pepe Mexican restaruant near my apt. although the name sounds more Italian then Mexican.They usually have Hungarians cooking the food, maybe the owner visited Mexico and got the idea. I know that in Japan, they have I Hop and KFC. It is very popular for people to eat at KFC for Christmas dinner over there. My son has Japanese girlfriends and they told me this. Edit: there is also a Subway sandwhich place in Budapest.

For the "other countries" part, I lived in Japan for a couple years and there was no American/Mexican food restaurants anywhere. They had McDonald's and KFC-type fast food but that's it. I was dying for some good Mexican food and a decent burger the entire time I was there lol.

I'm in Gibraltar, which is less than 5 sq. miles. We have 2 burger kings and a Pizza Hut. Supposedly a McD's is coming. I've been here a year and never been to them. Local food is much better.

I live in england and there is an Anerican style diner in a department store near where i live. Thats the ony kind of thing like that ive seen over here
