  that hotel is outside central rome (technically, its not even in rome, its in the small town of fiuggi which is about 30 minutes outside rome) and there will not be any subways that run from there. if you're going to rome to sightsee, i would not recommend staying there, as you will be really removed from everything. there may be a bus, but it would probably take awhile and might not be worth it, especially if your time is limited. try vrbo.com. its Vacation Rentals By Owner, and you can find great apartments for cheap, most with great locations in central rome.
