Can you pay for your passport in cash?

Help! Ukraine international passport & costs?

• Hey im interested in meeting a Ukrainian gal to make a long story short. Actually 2 i been chatting with. They both would be happy to leave the Ukraine ... So in order for either to do this, they will need an International passport to travel to Thailand! No visa to acquire necessary. Im a little suspicious sending money around ... 2 reasons, 1 lady tells me 350 dollars & the international passport will take 2 weeks. 200 dolllars 2 months. The other gal tells me it costs 185 dollars and did'nt specify how long it would take to be recieved! This is the site lady passed me onto: mercurytravels.at.ua I got in touch with them, they tell me it takes 2 weeks and costs 185 usd. If it is not a scam? They say they only except cash or Western Union payments. Which means then if it is a scam im out of pocket. So if i have been misled & all this chat with a possible future is ... Then i definitely don't want to line the pockets of the scammers. I need to know the current costs & turn around time? Can the same international passport be applied from other organizations? What would be the name of the department be for obtaining a international passport, websites, contact, etc? Any additional advice would be appreciated.   You are unquestionably being scammed. A real Ukrainian woman would never consent to travel to meet a man blindly; you would have to go and meet her in her country. And no offense, but they most definitely would never ever travel to Thailand; the human trafficking in that country is well-known world-wide.
