How can I work in Germany for a month as a student?

I have heard from a friend that there are programs for students in Germany where you can work for a month or two (especially at summer) at a factory eg in Bmw and with a very good salary. I am from Greece, and my German are in a medium level. Do you know anything about this program? thank you!
