Here are directions on getting to the city center from the airport: http://www.myczechrepublic.com/prague/prague-airport-bus.html Plan to get off the subway at the Můstek stop. When you exit the subway, you come up right into Wenceslas Square. It's a beautiful introduction to Prague. From Wenceslas Square, you can head right to the historic city centre. I don't think it really has its own name if I remember correctly. The city centre is divided into different districts, each with it's own tourist sites. Everything you'll want to see is very close together, you can tour the entire center in just one day. You can catch a walking tour, which will acquaint you with the entire center. And then from there you can go back to the places you really want to explore in depth. Don't worry about missing anything. Again, the center is incredibly small and crowded so you can't really miss anything. The train station, Hlavní nádraží, is right in the city and can be reached on foot from the historic center. http://www.pragueexperience.com/places.asp?PlaceID=1005
