Transportation from Frankfurt to Prague?

• What transportation could I use from Frankfurt to Prague? (train, bus?) I want to go during day to see things on road, please tell me the costs and name of the company of station I could take. thanks. I have 2 days from 6th Sept till 8th Sept to travel to Prague from Frankfurt and come back, is the time enough?

The earliest option is to leave at 6:22 am from the main station in Frankfurt (Frankfurt Hbf) which will put you in Prague at 12:18 am. You change to a bus at Nürnberg Hbf. The standard fare is 89 euro. Taking a day train doesn't give you a lot of time in Prague over a two day trip.
