Studying and Living in France/ Germany?

Hi, I am 16, and I am aiming to study European law in Germany or France when I am 18/19, with the idea to living there afterwards. I have already been told I will need to take a language to A-Level, but does anyone have any advice or websites that could help me in my decision?

To be honest if you are looking for a good job either you study law in the UK or USA, these two have loads of jobs for lawyers. But search google for srticles related to this subjects and websites. Also wikipedia.com can help a lot.
