After obtaining the National Dex, fly to Canalave city talk to the the girl that is in the nearest house to the sailor that takes you to Iron Island. She should be sleeping talk to her and she'll say something about Cresselia then talk to the sailor who takes you to iron island but instead press on Fullmoon Island and discover Cresselia there. Now follow it around the Sinnoh region. Don't use Fly. Just keep on walking to a route to another or a route to a city or the other way. Get a Pokemon that knows any kind of move that doesn't let your opponent escape. ex:Mean Look I used my Great Ball on Cresselia, Mesprit, Uxie, and Azelf since they were all lv. 50, right?
