Transit visa at Frankfurt, Germany?

Is Transit visa required at Frankfurt while traveling from India to Paris via Frankfurt?

• My flight is from Mumbai (India) to Paris with change of flights at Frankfurt (Germany). I have a Schengen visa from France. I have no intention of leaving Frankfurt airport as my connecting flight to Paris is within 90 minutes. My Mumbai- Frankfurt airline is the same as the Frankfurt- Paris airline. 1) Do i need to clear immigration and customs in Frankfurt before catching the connecting flight to Paris? If so, does it mean that my baggage will not be through-checked? 2) Do I have to take an Airport Transit visa at Frankfurt even though I will only be taking a connecting flight? Thanks

  you will find out when you check in, they wouldn,t let you board the plane as it.s theirs responsible to flight you back to mumbia if you been refuse entry in Germany. if they accept you and baggage is tag with CDG label as finally destination. there,s no need to clear immigration and customs in FFM as long as you stay within restricted zone.and if you flight with lufthansa(which i think you,re) connection is very convenient,usually only 5 minutes walking distance. one thing sure is ,geman visa only isseud outside germany.therefore I strongly advice you better check with you airline or German Consulate.
