Which travel site is better?

Does anyone know the official site about FIKTIONBESCHEINUNG, in which a person can travel to home country?

  • I want to know can a person who has valid fiktionbescheinung travel to home country and return to Germany or not? if yes related to which rule(official site please), if not how can he/she get the permission to travel and return. Thanks

    A Fiktionsbescheinigung allows you to STAY in (not enter) Germany untill the Ausländerbehörde has decided on your application, but only if you applied for it inside Germany! So it doesn't make much sense to leave the country because the decision can be made ANY day. If you get denied an Aufenthaltsgenehmigung while you're abroad you probably won't be allowed to return. Anyway, I didn't find anything by my research about a person going on a "holiday". I assume you have the right to stay but probably not to (re)-enter, because in the latter case you could be regarded as someone having applied from outside - but I can't tell for sure. Maybe you'd better contact someone specialized on this topic (a lawyer?).
