How much aid does Montenegro receive?

I would like to know how much the aid they receive and the break up of the aid. Also I would like to to know to conditionalities on the aid that they receive and what are Montenegro's views on conditonality of aid?

Montenegro doesn't receive aid because it is a rich modern civilized country unlike my country Serbia which is poor and needs aid.

Aid doesn't refer to food supply, as some of the users understood here (especially trolls who are used to live on such aid in Kosovo republjika).

Montenegro has the highest percent of millionaire population... real estate prices there are enormously high. There is no special international aid, I've heard of. EU however does help with some infrastructure development plans, nothing else.

Montenegro's population doesn't need aid, the government is poor but the population is as rich as in Western Europe.

I don't know but still they receive less then Bosnia. They're the most modern country on the Balkans.
