What would I wear in London and Paris mid March?

Whats the weather like during March In London, Paris, and Rome Beacause ill be Going this march 13-22?

  Weather in Europe is not really predictable, certainly not more than a week in advance. But generally the weather round that time in London and Paris cold and often wet. On a bad day it can still freeze or poor with rain, on a good day it is jeans and sweater weather. Rome should be a little warmer, but not by a lot. I would say, wear jeans, a sweater and rain jacket over a T-shirt and bring a second sweater or wear a light winter coat over a sweater.
