How to do an invitaion for my friend who needs to get a visa to visit me in Austria?

my friend has been to the austrian embassy in philipines n they told him that his friend has to submit an invitation along with proof of employment n so on..... the problem is im that friend n i have no clue where to go in vienna n how to do it i really need some help from ppl who hav expirenced similar cases.......
