Help!!!! Need a place to go on Holiday in October which is Sunny and has a Beach?

• A friend and I want to go on Holiday in the October holidays. She wants somewhere warm that has a Beach (in Europe), I'm not sure where that'd be because of the time of year. Any Suggestions?!?

  i vote canary islands. i went to lanzarote in late october 3 years ago and it was still bikini weather. has really great beaches - miles of sand, is about 3.5 - 4hours flight, and although isnt actually in europe as such, it is a dependency of spain so it's kinda classed as extended europe. its very safe there too, in contrast to maybe some of the other suggestions such as morocco. my cousin got mugged in marocco. other canary islands i went to are nice too. tenerife is just as warm and beautiful and has maybe a little more night life, althought lanzarote still has many bars and clubs. i think gran canaria is slightly quiter, as is fueteventura, athough fueteventura has realllllllly beautiful white sandy beaches, whereas tenerife has black volcanic sand. other places you could go: greece, greek islands (rhodes, kos, zante crete) cyprus, turkey - all still pretty warm, athough mosquitos can be a problem, malta - always warm!!! i went there in march and it was boiling, although it's more of a muggy heat than sunny heat. if you want to go slightly further afield, maybe the cape verde islands (south of the canaries), not europe but pretty reasonable price and time to get there, madeira - quite warm in october but maybe a little windy. definitely lanzarote as first choice! averaeg october temperature between 22 and 26 degrees, prices start from £92per person for return flights (see www.skyscanner.net) and from as little as £15 per night for a one bed apartment self catering or £30 a night half board.
