Quick vacation idea?

Can somebody give an idea about Who is the best vacation planner for a specific vacation to Europe?

• Hi, My name is Alex. My wife and I just went on our first cruise for either of us and we had a great time. Now we want to plan a more in depth and serious vacation and cruise to Europe, do the whole England, France, Spain, ect. I need to find an agency that can set up plans for tours, flights, tour guides, hotels and the cruise. I know that cruise lines can do that type of thing for you, but I want to find someone that will shop all the cruises plus set up a stint in England for a few days before the cruise actually starts. Is there any advice that someone can give me about the whole Travel Agent thing and the best way to get the most of our vacation? thank you for taking the time to help me with this.
