We have wonderful news for you: we have achieved an "OK" regarding the acceptance of your application! In other words, we are extremely happy that you have successfully passed through this very important initial stage. What follows from now on is: - an immediate task to prepare, together with you, a perfect set of documents, needed presently by the employer. This will also be necessary considering the employer's potential actions regarding the submission of your application in the relevant state services for work permission issuance. Preparation and provision of all work permission issuance-related documents, expected from the worker, saves time and hopefully will facilitate the decision- making process. Let us remind you that due to the high state fee, paid for joining of a foreign worker, some employers give up filing even at the very last moment, although they have initially confirmed their intention to submit the documents.

Answer:
100% scam. There is no job and no legit company called that name. Any phone number that starts with +44-70 or anything similar is not based in the United Kingdom. It is from a UK based cell phone redirect service that can be answered by anyone anywhere in the world. It is a favorite service of scammers who want to pretend to be in the United Kingdom but are really half way around the world from there. There is only a scammer trying to steal your hard-earned money. The next email will be from another of the scammer's fake names and free email addresses pretending to be the "government visa official" or "travel agent" and will demand you pay, in cash, via Western Union or moneygram. Western Union and moneygram do not verify anything on the form the sender fills out, not the name, not the street address, not the country, not even the gender of the receiver, it all means absolutely nothing. The clerk will not bother to check ID and will simply hand off your cash to whomever walks in the door with the MTCN# and question/answer. Neither company will tell the sender who picked up the cash, at what store location or even in what country your money walked out the door. Neither company has any kind of refund policy, money sent is money gone forever. Now that you have responded to a scammer, you are on his 'potential sucker' list, he will try again to separate you from your cash. He will send you more emails from his other free email addresses using another of his fake names with all kinds of stories of great jobs, lottery winnings, millions in the bank and desperate, lonely, sexy singles. He will sell your email address to all his scamming buddies who will also send you dozens of fake emails all with the exact same goal, you sending them your cash via Western Union or moneygram. Do you know how to check the header of a received email? If not, you could google for information. Being able to read the header to determine the geographic location an email originated from will help you weed out the most obvious scams and scammers. Then delete and block that scammer. Don't bother to tell him that you know he is a scammer, it isn't worth your effort. He has one job in life, convincing victims to send him their hard-earned cash. Whenever suspicious or just plain curious, google everything, website addresses, names used, companies mentioned, phone numbers given, all email addresses, even sentences from the emails as you might be unpleasantly surprised at what you find already posted online. You can also post/ask here and every scam-warner-anti-fraud-busting site you can find before taking a chance and losing money to a scammer. 6 "Rules to follow" to avoid most fake jobs: 1) Job asks you to use your personal bank account and/or open a new one. 2) Job asks you to print/mail/cash a check or money order. 3) Job asks you to use Western Union or moneygram in any capacity. 4) Job asks you to accept packages and re-ship them on to anyone. 5) Job asks you to pay visas, travel fees via Western Union or moneygram. 6) Job asks you to sign up for a credit reporting or identity verification site. Avoiding all jobs that mention any of the above listed 'red flags' and you will miss nearly all fake jobs. Only scammers ask you to do any of the above. No. Exceptions. Ever. For any reason. If you google "fraud visa job scam", "fake UK hotel job Western Union scam" or something similar, you will find hundreds of posts from victims and near-victims of this type of scam.

Scam. No sound recruitment agency would ask for a fee up front like this.

Fake for so many reasons 1 - if the agency is not licensed by the POEA there is NO way they can offer overseas jobs to Pinoys. The POEA website lists every registered recruiter http://www.poea.gov.ph/cgi-bin/aglist.asp?mode=all There are over 3400 listed there 2 - the email address they use has already been reported on Fraudwatchers as just the latest domain used by a Bulgarian criminal gang that has been targeting people mainly in the Philippines and India with fake job offers for years 3 - this is not even written in proper English. Sentences like "Let us remind you that due to the high state fee, paid for joining of a foreign worker, some employers give up filing even at the very last moment, although they have initially confirmed their intention to submit the documents." does not make sense. No real company would ever send out anything that poorly written 4 - Unless you have a Masters or PhD in sciences or engineering you have almost NO chance of getting any sort of visa to Europe to work. Europe is in the midst of one of the worst recessions with record unemployment levels in many countries. For any country to hire a non-EU worker they need to prove that they advertised the position for 4-8 weeks in their country and across the EU and NOT ONE qualified EU citizen applied for the job. When there are over 3 million people in the UK alone who are unemployed, I can't think of many jobs that could be advertised and not one of these people, let alone the tens of millions of unemployed people across the EU would not apply for. This is not how you find any jobs overseas. You have to use a recruiter that has an actual office where you go in person to fill out paperwork and be interviewed
